Week 8 - Spatial Planning

I am wanting the future precinct to provide a diverse range of public spaces to cater to the whole of the Paddington community.  From our last assignment aiming at a future based on synthetic production, I would include a research centre. This would make the building better incorporate future technology trends. The precinct could also include workshops not only focused towards research, but also recreation, such as arts and crafts as well as eduction. Health and wellbeing is another possibility. WIth synthetic production comes a large positive in consumer health, so including such spaces such as gyms and wellbeing centers can cater to this new health trend. The catalyst to all of these spaces would be the main events hub, which would be used as an open market space where traders can collaborate in interactivity by sharing ideas and products to benefit the community.
