Another concept model. This one shows how possible floor plates form around a central atrium. This central atrium makes the most out of the natural lighting and ventilation possibilities of the sight. The ground level has been raised to allow for an open market space which sits above a retail space. possibility for those ramps to be used as theatre seating that also act as a means of circulation for one space to another. This would make the central theme of retail theatre flow throughout the building.
